►  Are finished bore and taper-sleeve versions available?
Yes. We supply finished bore (machined to your shaft dimensions) and taper-sleeve versions accepting standard bush sizes. Specify requirements at order.
►  Do you supply duplex and triplex versions?
Yes. 12B-2 (duplex) and 12B-3 (triplex) are available for higher torque applications. Contact us for availability by tooth count.
►  What is the tooth hardness?
Tooth flanks are induction-hardened to HRC 50–60. Core hardness is 28–34 HRC. We can provide hardness test certificates on request.
►  What is the minimum order quantity?
10 pieces for standard sizes from stock. Custom tooth counts: MOQ 50 pieces, lead time 7–14 days.
  1. Verify bore or taper bush size matches shaft; clean mating surfaces.
  2. Align sprockets to within 0.5 mm lateral offset using a precision straight-edge.
  3. Install ISO 12B-1 chain and set slack-side sag to 2% of centre distance.
  4. Torque all fasteners to specification; check alignment after initial run.
  5. Re-lubricate every 200 operating hours with appropriate chain lubricant.
