How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We aim to reply to all email and form enquiries within one business day (AEST). Technical enquiries requiring engineering review may take up to 2 business days. Urgent requirements can be flagged in your message and we will prioritise accordingly.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample orders (typically 1–5 pieces) are available for most standard sizes. Sample cost is charged at the standard unit price plus freight. Samples from production batches ensure you receive exactly the quality of the production order. Email us to arrange.
Do you supply to all Australian states and territories?
Yes. We deliver to all states and territories including NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, and NT. Freight is quoted based on delivery postcode and order weight/volume. Remote area surcharges may apply for certain regional destinations.
What information do I need to provide for a custom sprocket quote?
At minimum: chain pitch or chain number, tooth count, bore diameter and keyway dimensions, material preference, quantity, and any drawing or sample reference. The more detail you provide, the faster we can return an accurate quotation. Drawings in DXF, DWG, PDF, or STEP format are all accepted. Visit our product range page for standard configurations.
Do you provide material test certificates and quality documentation?
Yes. EN 10204 2.2 material test certificates confirming chemical composition are available on request. Dimensional inspection reports and hardness test certificates are also available. For OEM programmes requiring 3.1 certificates or PPAP documentation, please discuss this at enquiry stage.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For standard stock sizes, there is no strict minimum — single-piece orders are accepted, though freight costs on very small orders should be considered. For custom and non-standard tooth counts the MOQ is typically 10–50 pieces depending on complexity. Contact us for a specific MOQ and pricing for your requirement.
Can you supply on an ongoing scheduled basis for our production line?
Absolutely. We run OEM supply programmes for Australian manufacturers with quarterly or monthly scheduled deliveries, blanket order arrangements, and consistent lot quality across batches. We also maintain safety stock for critical-path customers. Contact our sales team to discuss a supply agreement.
How do I know which sprocket is right for my application?
Our technical team can assist with sprocket selection. Provide your chain number (or pitch), required speed ratio, shaft diameters, operating environment (food-grade, corrosive, heavy-load etc.), and we will recommend the correct product, material, and hub configuration.
