Installation requirements for sprocket clutches of sprocket manufacturers

1. Before installation, first check whether the shaft has burrs, be sure to clean the burrs on the shaft, and then check that the sprocket manufacturer's sprocket two-way clutch is within the tolerance range of the shaft and the hole, and grease is required for smooth installation.
2. Before installation,Sprocket manufacturersCheck whether the rotation direction of the shaft is consistent with the positive rotation direction of the inner ring of the backstop, and then install it after confirming that it is correct.
3. When installing the backstop, install the backstop to the designed position. To prevent the shaft and the hole from tilting, only pressure can be applied to the inner ring. If the inner ring is hammered, the sprocket manufacturer can only use a soft hammer or Hammer with a copper rod, and it is strictly forbidden to heat any parts with the backstop product.
