►  What information do I need to provide for a custom sprocket?
Ideally: a 2D drawing (DXF or PDF) or 3D model (STEP). We need: chain pitch/standard, tooth count, outer diameter, bore diameter, keyway dimensions, material, heat treatment, and surface finish requirements. We can also work from a physical sample.
►  What is the minimum order for a custom prototype?
One piece. Prototype lead time is typically 5–10 working days depending on complexity. For urgent requirements, contact us to discuss expedite options.
►  Can you reverse-engineer a sprocket from a sample?
Yes. Send the sample to our technical team; we will measure and create a dimensional drawing for your approval before manufacturing. Reverse-engineering service is typically included in the prototype cost.
►  Do you offer non-standard tooth profiles?
Yes. We can produce non-involute, modified-addendum, and custom-profile teeth for special drive systems. Consult our engineering team for feasibility and lead time.
►  What quality documentation is available for custom orders?
We provide dimensional inspection reports, hardness test certificates, and material test certificates (EN 10204 2.2 or 3.1) on request. First Article Inspection (FAI) reports are available for OEM programmes.
