A Modern Chain Drive Enterprise Built on Precision
We are Ever-power Australia Wheel Sprocket Co., Ltd. — a modern enterprise that integrates chain transmission research, precision manufacturing, and international trade. Founded over 25 years ago, we have grown from a specialist sprocket producer into one of the most capable and trusted wheel sprocket suppliers serving the Australian market.
Our factory covers 35,000 m² of purpose-built production and quality control space, housing over 400 skilled engineers, technicians, and production staff. We operate CNC gear-hobbing machines, machining centres, vertical broaching equipment, and a fully equipped in-house laboratory — enabling us to control every stage of manufacture from raw material to finished, inspected sprocket.
We export to customers across Australia, Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific. Every product we supply conforms to GB, ISO, ANSI, JIS, DIN, and BS standards — ensuring our sprockets integrate seamlessly with the machinery and chains our customers rely upon.
Mission, Vision & Core Values
Everything we do is guided by three principles that have shaped our business since day one.
Our Mission
We exist to deliver precision-engineered wheel sprockets that maximise the uptime, efficiency, and safety of Australian industrial machinery — at a cost that respects our customers’ operational budgets. We believe every drive component we produce has a direct impact on the productivity of the equipment it powers.
Our Vision
To be the most trusted and technically capable wheel sprocket partner for Australian industry — from small agricultural operations to large-scale mining and food processing enterprises. We are building a supply relationship, not just a transaction, and we measure our success by the longevity of the drives our sprockets power.
Core Values
Honesty: We represent our products, capabilities, and lead times accurately — always. Quality: Every sprocket meets the standard specified, verified by in-house inspection. Efficiency: We complete every order on schedule and respond to every enquiry within one business day. Partnership: We grow by helping our customers grow.
25+ Years of Chain Drive Innovation
Company Established
We began operations as a specialised roller chain sprocket manufacturer, producing standard ANSI and ISO sizes for regional industrial customers. From day one, precision and quality were non-negotiable.
ISO 9001 Quality Certification
We achieved ISO 9001 quality management system certification, formalising our quality processes and opening the door to OEM supply relationships with equipment manufacturers across Asia and Europe.
Factory Expansion & CNC Investment
We invested in large-scale CNC gear-hobbing equipment and expanded our factory to 35,000 m², bringing annual production capacity to over 4 million pieces and enabling us to serve international export markets at scale.
Australian Market Entry
We established a dedicated Australian supply programme — tailoring our product range, documentation, and support to meet the specific needs of Australian industry including compliance with ANSI, ISO, AS, and local safety standards.
Trusted Partner to Australian Industry
Today we supply wheel sprockets to mining, agriculture, food processing, packaging, conveyor, and construction equipment businesses across every Australian state and territory — with same-week dispatch on stock items and 5-day prototype turnaround on custom orders.
Our 35,000 m² facility houses dedicated zones for CNC machining, heat treatment, surface finishing, dimensional inspection, and finished goods warehousing — giving us full control over quality at every stage of manufacture.
Full-Process In-House Manufacturing Capability
We control the complete production process under one roof — from raw material procurement through to finished, inspected, and packaged product.
CNC Gear Hobbing
We operate a fleet of high-precision CNC gear-hobbing machines producing tooth profiles to DIN 8190 Grade 6 or better. Pitch accuracy is maintained within ±0.005 mm across all production tooth counts from Z=5 to Z=300+.
Tooth Induction Hardening
High-frequency induction hardening on tooth flanks achieves HRC 50–60 surface hardness with a case depth of 1.5–3 mm. Thermal deformation is controlled to ≤0.05 mm using CNC fixture-assisted quench processes.
In-House Quality Laboratory
Our quality laboratory is equipped with CMM 3D coordinate measuring machines, optical profile projectors, hardness testers, spectrometers, and metallographic microscopes — enabling full dimensional and metallurgical verification on every production batch.
Custom & OEM Engineering
We produce non-standard sprockets from customer drawings, samples, or engineering briefs. Prototype turnaround is 5–10 working days for single pieces, with OEM scheduled programmes available for ongoing volume requirements across Australia.
Machining Centre & Boring
CNC machining centres handle finished bore production to H7 tolerance, keyway cutting to DIN 6885, spline machining, and complex hub geometries. This eliminates the need for on-site boring — sprockets arrive ready to install.
Surface Treatment
We apply black oxidising (standard), zinc plating, dacromet, geomet, nickel plating, and hard chrome to meet corrosion resistance requirements for Australian environments including coastal, mining dust, chemical processing, and food-grade washdown applications.
State-of-the-Art Testing & Inspection Equipment
Our in-house laboratory ensures every batch of sprockets leaves our facility meeting or exceeding the dimensional and material standards specified.
CMM 3D Coordinate Measuring
Full dimensional verification of tooth pitch, outer diameter, bore, and keyway dimensions on every production batch.
Rockwell Hardness Tester
HRC verification of tooth-flank induction hardening across multiple positions per batch — results recorded with each shipment.
Optical Profile Projector
Magnified tooth profile comparison against master template to verify involute form and addendum geometry accuracy.
Spectroscopic Analyser
Chemical composition verification of incoming steel stock — confirming carbon, manganese, chromium, and alloy content to specification.
Metallographic Microscope
Microstructural analysis of heat-treated tooth sections — verifying case depth, martensite formation, and core structure integrity.
Surface Roughness Tester
Ra measurement on bore and tooth-flank surfaces — ensuring finished bores meet Ra 1.6 μm and tooth flanks meet drawing specification.
Sprockets for Every Standard & Application
We manufacture over 1,000 product varieties across 10,000+ individual item codes — covering every major chain standard used in Australian industry. Our range includes stock bore, finished bore, taper-bushed, split-taper, stainless, and custom-engineered sprockets.
Whether you need a single replacement piece or a container-load for your OEM programme, we manufacture and supply with the same commitment to precision and on-time delivery. Explore our full product range →
